Traumatized and Tranquil all in the same day

Today I found out that Ryder is apparently talking to a little girl in his pre-k class about kissing. They are best friends (at school) and play house and now today he told me they were talking about kissing each other. He's only 3! I mean I wasn't anticipating this for at least 8 more years!



Brandon and I are very affectionate and occasionally Ryder gets super kissy with us but I had no idea he would take it outside the family. He doesn't see the difference between kissing Mommy and Daddy or kissing his friend at school.

I'm definitely not panicing... anymore. I guess this is just something to talk about with him and make sure he doesn't. I'm sure his teacher wouldn't like to catch kids kissing.

HOW TRAUMATIC!

I also found out that my HCG levels are right on track. I told you I'm pregnant! Let me go back to when it started and how we found out.


So for the last few months I've been BEGGING him to have another baby. Our baby is so big now and I really want him to have a sibling to love and to play with, not to mention Ryder has been asking us for a baby for a long time. Finally last month Brandon gave in! I'm not going to get into the hot and steamy details but you know how babies are made.

On May 4th Brandon went to the store for some breakfast items and I decided to take a test. Sue me I didn't tell him. I've been thinking of ways to surprise him with this news when the time came (posting it all over my Pinterest board) but if you know me I can't keep a secret my own secrets a secret to save my life! Any way, as soon as I saw the words come across the screen PREGNANT I was done. I waited outside for him to come home and jumped in the car as soon as I saw it and showed him. We were both so happy we just kissed and smiled and smiled and kissed. Like I said earlier we like to kiss.

Well we haven't told Ryder because I figure pregnancy takes so long for me he's going to go nuts!

Wednesday night I realized I had starting spotting and I was pretty worried so I just wanted to lay down and relax. It didn't stop Tuesday and then my stomach started feeling achy. Then I began panicing more and so I went in and had my blood drawn and waited for the test results.

I also got to tell Brandon's Mom & Grandma about my pregnancy and ask for their advice about the spotting. Between the two of them I felt better knowing that they had both been through that. Not to mention I would know the results in the morning so why bother stress anymore.  That's my tranquil.

This morning I found out levels are fine perfect and I'm sitting right around 6 weeks! Next Friday I get my first ultrasound and I can't wait to share that picture with you all!
